(Cape Town, South Africa) A panel of power women, experts in their industries at the top of their game, gathered together this Freedom Day, 27 April, to inspire, uplift and engage.
A festive conglomerate of mademoiselles enjoyed a Royale bubbling five-star Chambord® soiree at the recently refurbished 15 on Orange Hotel, Autograph Collection. Illuminated in the berrylicious colours of Chambord liqueur Cape Town’s Urban Oasis offered a premium play station for pop up pamper bars (FoxBox, Rain SA and Gorgeous2Go), decadent dining (catered by Executive Chef Tamsyn Wells), trendy tunes by Anthea Scholtz and Francesca Biancoli, and of course, a glass and a half for cocktail-o-clock. #BecauseNoReason
The fizztivities revolved around a panel discussion lead by SA’s little Oprah, Mamohau Seasane, offering inspiring ideas as to how to harness the best version of oneself. Panel members included:
KFM radio show host (ranked number one in the country), Bravo Presenter on Kyknet and Tussen Ons show host, Tracey Lange; Good Hope FM Radio & TV presenter, Ayanda Dlamini; Tracy-Lee Rosslind – seasoned Producer and Stylist [followed by the likes of Snoop Dogg and Rhianna]; Cosmetic and reconstructive Surgeon, Dr Nerina Wilkinson; Celebrity makeup artist, Renee De Wit; and ENCA feel good news anchor - Tanya Nefdt.
The discussion board touched on subjects such as what power cards they drew to get them to the top of their careers; best-practice work ethics; self-motivation, celebrating wins whilst staying grounded; dressing-the-part and being true to your own unique style and flair; beauty hacks, tips and tricks for an on-the-go woman; morning routines and meditation rituals; living a balanced lifestyle (work, family and self) and benefits of both exercise and relaxation.
